Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Processing Time

Standard Shipping

Order Tracking

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at gfiadah@ymail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We are happy to help file a claim and offer a replacement or store credit if eligible.

Faith’s Aromatic Naturals is not responsible for stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure a secure delivery address is provided.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees to be resent.
