At Faith’s Aromatic Naturals, each product is handcrafted with love, care, and natural ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, we aim to provide clear guidance on our return and refund process to ensure your satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our formulations.

All Sales Are Final
Because our skincare and body care items are made in small batches and contain natural ingredients, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of general dissatisfaction, change of mind, or allergic reaction.
We encourage customers to read ingredient lists carefully and perform patch tests before full use.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we’re here to make it right.
To request a replacement or store credit:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We will respond within 2 business days and issue a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
Please note: We do not refund original shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed—only if they haven’t shipped yet. Once processing begins, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
